A new reading of the prophet inscription I.Didyma Suppl. 679, combined with its connection to the Milesian boundary delineation document IG XII 4, 4, 3897 from Lepsia, makes it possible to identify a hitherto unknown Milesian patria named Kydimidai, which held land in close proximity to the sacred land of Apollon Lepsieus. This not only sheds a first spotlight on the localisation of such a group within Milesian territory, but by analogy further suggests that the Poulyxidai and the Choireïdai, likewise mentioned in the boundary delineation, may also be identified as Milesian patriai.
